Welcome to Foundry MMA
Welcome to Foundry, a purpose-built gym created by fighters, coaches and friends with one goal in mind: to share our passion for martial arts and help people of all ages and abilities achieve their best.
We believe martial arts is for everyone, whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time, training for fitness, or chasing competition dreams. That’s why our timetable offers almost 100 classes every month, covering Boxing, K1 Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), and MMA. With kids, women’s, and adult sessions, there’s a place here for anyone who wants to train.
Our coaching team brings you world-class experience:
Scott Askham
Former UFC fighter and 2nd degree black belt with over 20 years experience in martial arts, teaching Jiu Jitsu, K1, and MMA.
Jack Radford
National title-winning boxer who has represented England at the highest level.
Micky Lockey
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt with more than 20 years’ experience on the mats.

The gym itself has been built to give you the best training environment possible, from our 150m² matted Jiu Jitsu and MMA area, to our vintage-style striking & boxing room fitted with high quality bags and a 14ft ring, as well as a welcoming reception with coffee machine and a screen to view classes.
At Foundry, we’re advocates for mastering each martial art individually, learning the skills, discipline, and mindset that each one brings and then combining them through our MMA program for those who want to take things further.
